1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ZipBros website, lead network, publisher platform, or any related service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Our Services

ZipBros operates a business-to-business lead-generation platform that connects consumers seeking financial and home-service products with advertisers, lenders, and service providers. Services include lead buying, lead selling (publishing), data management, pay-per-call, and related marketing solutions.

We act as a conduit between consumers and partners. We are not a lender, broker, debt-relief provider, or financial advisor, and we do not make credit or lending decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into contracts to use our services. Business accounts must be authorized by a representative empowered to bind the entity.

4. Lead Quality & No Guarantees

While we apply verification and screening processes to improve lead quality, we do not guarantee that any lead will result in a conversion, sale, or specific return on investment. Lead performance varies based on your sales process, offer, and follow-up.

Lead counts, delivery speed, and pricing are subject to availability and may change. We are not liable for losses arising from the use or non-use of any lead.

5. Compliance Responsibilities

All parties agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule, the National Do Not Call Registry, the CAN-SPAM Act, and state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA.

Advertisers and publishers are responsible for their own consent capture, suppression-list handling, calling practices, and disclosures. You agree to honor opt-out requests promptly and to maintain your own compliance program.

6. Payment & Billing

Lead purchases are billed according to the pricing agreed at the time of order. Publishers are paid according to the terms established in their publisher agreement. Payments are due as invoiced; late payments may result in paused delivery or account suspension.

Refunds or credits, if any, are issued at our discretion based on documented lead-quality issues submitted within the timeframe specified in your agreement.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to submit fraudulent or fabricated leads, to misrepresent consumer intent, to scrape or resell our data without authorization, to interfere with the platform, or to use our services for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of pending payments.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, and software on this site are the property of ZipBros or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZipBros and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZipBros and its affiliates from any claims, damages, fines, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the services, your leads, your compliance practices, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the services ends immediately, and outstanding obligations survive. Publishers forfeit unpaid earnings tied to fraudulent or non-compliant activity.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ZipBros is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to exclusive venue there.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
